Jhins ultimate cooldown
I tried searching google and looking at champ abilitys and it doesnt tell me what i want to know
I only want to know how much time he has to shoot his ult. after hes enabled it. how long till it goes off?

I don't really know what you're asking ,so I'll just rapid fire information here. He has 10 seconds in which to cast his ult. The cool down is reduced by 10% of its current max CD for each shot not fired (so if its a 90 CD, each unfired shot saves 9 seconds) There is basically no down time between the activation of the ability and the ability to actually use it (maybe like .5 seconds)
