Skip waiting for stats is REALLY starting to tick me off...

*Rant begin I've had a pretty good run now of games where my team has been pissing all over each other, being snide, feeding, and being huge jerks to each other, and of course, EACH GAME I CAN'T GO TO THE END OF GAME CHAT. I'd love to explain to the other team what happened, or maybe report the toxic oriana and jax I just played against, but apparently we're just going to let this slide for a few more patches until riot can get their act together.

My friend had such bug that never loaded scoreboard (for 2 seasons!!!). He just had to skip. I myself had this problem maybe twice or trice. And if u google it you might find solution (or at least cause for this problem) That's what my friend said.
