[Gameplay] Kalista's Passive AND ultimate completely broken.

I just played a regular game over pubs, and I had an issue playing Thresh with a Kalista ADC. For whatever reason, my ADC's whole game was essentially bugged out. I HAVE played games alongside a Kalista before so it was certainly unintentional. For starters, she couldn't put her spear down at the beginning of the game, but SOMEHOW it bound to me eventually. Not really sure how that happened, but I certainly didn't have to click any spears in return. But the big issue was with Kalista's ult. Once she used it, I would get absorbed into her and turn invulnerable, like usual. However, In clicking an area to be thrown, it would just disappear and I would be stuck in Kalista until eventually it timed out. The first time, as well, I was physically stuck inside Kalista. Wherever she moved, I moved, and I couldn't walk out. I used thresh's Death Sentence and Flay in order to get out, but this cost us the game since the start of the game was wasted trying to get Kalista's passive to work and the rest of the game she couldn't use her ult at all, or if she did it would essentially get rid of her tank ._.

Step to repeat this, I honestly have no idea. It began the instant the game started, and developed around that.
