Anti teemo potion/elixer (ARAM)

I just played an ARAM as teemo and was winning early game by using my shrooms. However after a while i was just completely useless since the enemy team decided to spend 300 g on (oracle's extract). I think this item is way to cheap for what it does. It used to be semi balanced but in patch 6.12 they removed losing the effect on death.

The reason this item is so unbalanced is because one of the core aspects what makes teemo viable on Aram is his mushrooms. I personally do not think that an item Which doesn't even use an inventory slot should be able to pretty much remove a champion. Currently there is pretty much no drawback on buying it. First it used to be that the team could focus the person who had bought the elixir but now there is no point. I think that there should be items for every role which give some stats and a buff. An item like or were perfect for that. And I saw no reason for their removal. I think these changes should be reconsidered. With actual items giving vision of traps and should be removed.

BTW I have over 800 ARAM games so I think I know what im talking about
