Is Quinn ADC any good?

Its a cheese pick. People who are garbage at the game will get crapped on by it but you're out of luck once you start trying to use it against people that actually understand the game. They'll just play safe and upscale you.

Quinn doesn't have the scaling needed to make a crit build worth it, nor does she need it to burst people.

AD (particularly lethality) and movement speed are her two best stats. Stacking crit on her is a trap, as all of her damage comes from Harrier combos. She can't afford to sit there and auto attack like an adc.

Pretty much all of her damage scales with bonus AD, so prioritizing armor penetration is better if you need to kill tanky champions.

Last time i knew, she wasn't really that great in the meta. But she was mostly played as Lethality assassin top lane.

She's meh; many better adcs than her.
