One problem with Urf.

I know this is silly cause it's urf and all but. They reduce damage of certain champs and increase the tankiness of like melee and bruisers and stuff because urf is inherently beneficial to casters and the what not. They increased attackspeed scaling to make autoattack champs not feel like shit. They make sustain have to scale up to 100% It all makes sense. Except 1 thing. CC. What do they do for cc? They give everyone a chunk of tenacity. Real powerful when a poppy can e r e. Then e chain me till Im dead. Aatrox can keep someone perma knocked up if hes half decent at his champ. Taliyah, J4, Thresh. I remember playing illaoi into a full mage/ support team. My Q and my e requires me to stand still. The moment I stop moving, I get blitz hooked and cc'd until I die. tl;dr making it random doesnt automatically balance the game. Tenacity doesn't really help against certain cc's. Every champ has 80% cdr so you nerf certain aspects but others are untouched. Fizz still has like a 2 second second window where you can do anything to him and can dash every freaking second.

I think you hit the nail on the head for illaoi, a lot of champions cc themselves and don't have the damage / strong enough cc to make up for them spending eternity stuck in animation.
