General AP Runes page

I currently only have 2 rune pages, Working towards my 3rd as i am not interested in any other champions atm. Due to 2, I have 1 for AP and 1 for AD. I mainly play Mid and jungle therefore I do need both AP and AD

For a generalized AP Rune Page what do you guys recomend? Currently I have a defensive AP Rune build here it is

Mark of Magic Pen Seal of Armor (Yes I know, This is probably not the greatest pick) Glyph of MR Quintessence of AP

Thats what ive got, if anyone is down to help me out, it be great

That's pretty much standard AP page if you have few rune pages, unless you want HP/level seals instead of armor.

I mean, you can change Mr for AP/Lvl or CDR/Lvl, but that's pretty much it.
