he still has one of the lowest carry ranges, can only block off one place at a time and dies instantly if you catch him, which is basically anywhere in his auto attack range

hes also anti adc. if you have a vayne on the enemy team. the best thing to have ais a teemo. his mission is basically camp her and assassinate her

It's a neutral change at best, he needs more than that to be at least playable. Making his mushrooms last 5/10/15 minutes would be a better change.

they need to improve the ratio on it. and tbh. it needs to have a built in magic penetration. like gps casks. because honestly even when squishies get like 40 MR it becomes useless.
