Item missing... little help Riot?

I know executioner calling was removed based on summoners rift needs but it has created a huge gap in Dominion (blind select. Know it is not the priority map which I get but dear lord play a team with multiple heals and the need for any form of grievous wounds is quickly apparent.

Played a game as an ad char, my team combination ended up with 3 ad based champs and 2 ap based champs, versus a Sona, Master Yi, Nidalee, Trundle and Ali. With one ap bot and the other one top neither of whom wanted to buy morellos unfortunately. So i wanted to help my team by purchasing an item to reduce the enemies insane combination of heals even if just slightly. But I have zero option to counter that type of team when I chose an ad cahracter to start... hell even if its not an ad item... some kind of armor or magic resist item that had a grievous wounds passive I would have bought in a heart beat... but literally given zero options to counter that type of team. Trundle, nid and sona became virtually unkillable as they moved together. Those heals made the battles seem futile so when in doubt in dom you look to bd where possible to cause the group to split... but again the mobility of those chars made bd'ing also futile.

Having some way to counter the insane constant heals, may have been our only chance, may not have won in the end regardless but give us the tools for every situation Riot... Bring back alternate grievous wound items... at the very least consider map specific if you don't like the mechanics in rift, consider a exec calling in dom alone etc.
