Aatrox's lifesteal is too massive

Played against Aatrox, I thought these were supposed to counter champions with healings and lifesteal. I could see a clear difference on these champions, meanwhile if feels like grievous wound doesn't do shit against Aatrox. Self healing champs had to be made stronger, with grevious now being available to basically everyone, like wouldn't it suck being unable to play the game because some guy built an 800 gold executioners?

Aatrox is getting his healing increased on his ult. He is getting it nerfed when he is on his base form, outside of ult. This is a direct compensation towards removing his revive on his ult. you'll see it in 9.14 patch notes.
