And you know them well enough to know they've done punishment-worthy stuff before?

The boards operate off of what's presented to them. I see what I assume is one game, given the names look about the same and how hard it'd be to get the same guy on the enemy team twice in a row.

You're trying to extrapolate one game to meaning they never get punished, which is absolute nonsense.

I'm not defending the guy. NOWHERE in my post did I defend him. If I did, please, point out exactly where I did so that I can remove that part, because at no point have I bothered defending him nor have I intended to do so.

You're basing this off of literally one game with one guy. You have literally no idea of whether or not he got punished unless Riot explicitly tells you he did. You have absolutely no way of even knowing whether or not he's been toxic in the past.

You're trying to say that being toxic in a foreign language prevents punishment, but you're basing this off of literally one instance without even complete evidence of that one example.

Behavioral history absolutely has a something to do with punishment now.

The system punishes based on consistency x severity. Meaning players can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many games of mild toxicity.

While the things he said were pretty bad, he'll still need to show some consistency before he gets punished. We as members ofthe boards can't see the history, so from this alone, he won't be punished yet.

The cases I've seen on the boards included racist Vietnamese slang, that was punished. Russian insults, that were punished. And, I've not seen many other examples, really.

Tier1 supports are not involved in manually reviewing accounts. They will forward that ticket to someone else in charge, and the review will not be immediate.

Regardless of the outcome of the review, they will never let you know the results of the review.
