its a wild fire burst thats the best way i can put it. but ur labeling the wrong skill on annie its her w that makes no sense to her character she is supposed to be a fire user kid with wild uncontrolled powers yet her w has a naraku-like shield from inuashya that looks very controlled (excuse my spelling) it should be something like how brand spews pillars on the ground but put it in a lava fashion burst look to it that would look more wild in terms of character design.
