First Ranked Game in ~2 Months.... Still Toxic as Ever.

So I haven't played rank in I believe close to 2 months. Decided to give it a whirl tonight, hoping maybe the toxicity wasn't so bad with these new 'instant' punishments. I didn't have a lot of faith in them, after reporting a player in normal for calling us "f*ggot scum" all game, and he didn't receive any punishment. But hey, I figure I would try it out.

Couple minutes in to game my support tower dives and gives their ADC a kill, I managed to kill the support, at least, so it was 1 for 1. Suddenly a wild Master Yi appears and tower dives, giving their ADC another free kill and red buff. It ended up being a rough lane. I told Leo to abandon tower, which was almost dead and they had three bot. She stays, dies, and flames me, spams all chat asking for me to be reported. Same ol' Same ol'.

While all of this was going on, a duo queue top/mid lane were spamming how "f*cking retarded" we were and threatening to afk whenever they felt someone didn't perform up to their standards. This continued for the entire game.

So we win the game, and it appears all of the enemy team had been flaming their mid lane all game, as well, and continued to flame him in post game lobby.

Summation: Ranked seems to be just as toxic as ever.
