Is it just me or is Kled very strong in laning phase?

Kled has a very strong lane in most matchups. There is a lot of power allocated in his basic abilities due to his semi-non-combat ult and the fact that he can lose access to abilities because of his passive. He also has substantially more health without items than most champions because of his passive.

He is very strong in laning phase. I think Kled is one of the better duelists in the game because aside from his hot he doesn't bring much to a teamfightt

Kled has some damage on the 4th hit of the passive and outside of this, his damage is easy to avoid (his Q and E). If you poke him, mini-Kled is garbage and he usually dies while remounts for some reason. The ult is good, but on a long cd and Kled needs so many stats to be good. Not my favourite champ - I have more success going IE + zeal items than standard Kled health/semi-tank items for some reason. Too unreliable champ.

He is strong and he should be in lane considering his teamfight is pretty mediocre outside of his ult. A kled that is not ahead really struggles in teamfighting especially after dismounting

Hes very strong, probably due to his very high healthpool and decent to good damage on abilities, which also scale very well with AD making a snowballing Kled one that is fucking unstoppable.

Now that I think of it I believe that he's balanced, but like Renekton. A lane bully that got a lot of 1v1 dmg. Thanks for the answers.

Well, his kit is entirely one-person damage oriented and it caters to him being a lane bully, specially if you decide to trade with him when his W is up.
