why Roaming is stupid
you tp down and get a firstblood and another kill for your team, meanwhile your lane opponent, gets ahead on cs and gets first tower and therefore the other team is ahead, and has tp advantage

I don't understand, unless fighting Ziggs, how your tower goes down in one roam. That really can't happen. You TP down then just go back to lane. I do it all the time except without TP and I come back to a tower. You're also only supposed to roam if the laner isn't there or you've shoved the lane to their tower. Not when their wave is about to crash into your tower.
99 percent of champs cant take a tower that fast. Also if you TP down and kill bot then why aren't you just taking bot tower?
I completely agree This is a simple fix by Riot making it so towers don't die from 2 minion waves
your team roams mid to get a kill on mid and maybe get tower, their bot and top are now up by 20 cs because of it and maybe gets a tower and is ahead because of it
And don't make silly roams too early, any competent high elo player will tell you that early exp is insanely valuable, probably more than gold.
