Playing top, Losing matchup, what to do when jungler refuses to help?

Been playing Yorick Top and having a great time. He's a fun champion, and quite good in a variety of situations. However, when I'm up against say a Renekton or a Darius, who just straight up beats me in a fight before or after level 6, I inevitably am forced to retreat under tower and try to safe farm. Now, since I'm only low Gold, most of these top laners would continue hanging in front of my turret, keeping the pressure up, which makes it almost a walk in the park to just gank and kill them, maybe take a few turrets with that since I'm Yorick.

But many times, even when I get strong gankers like Xin Zhao or Jax, they could be doing golem right next to be as the renekton full on prepares to tower dive. I ask them politely to gank, they either ignore me or say something like: "uh he has wards i cant gank". Now that may be true, but I refuse to believe that a low Gold top lane is capable of warding the river bush and tribush at all times.

So that's the story. I'm farming under tower, 20 cs behind, enemy jungler shows up for easy kill, takes my top turret, then frees up enemy top to roam. Is there anything I can personally do to make things easier? There is a lot of frustration with this because I can't seem to do anything. I'm no Diamond player, so I can't pull some miraculous play to defeat a champion stronger than me in raw power (its happened but its never consistent), but I'm fairly confident when I say that I can make good use of a kill or two in lane and just keep on applying pressure.

It may just be the tilt, but this happens very often. I feel like at this point I can only play very aggressive top laners who has a lot of kill potential to survive in lane, like Darius, so that I can win lane without any help from junglers.
