Who is the superior jungler (Nocturne or Rek'Sai)

It depends on your team comp. Noct is pretty reliable in general since he can go both ways, rek tends to be more situational.

If you can play her well, rek'sai is very good. Most people can't really play her well though.

nocts ult makes the game more confusing for a bronze than it already is. lol

well for bronze noct for sure, staying relevant i guess reksai.
