Visual upgrade for champions that already got them or needs them.

A lot of champions needs vgu. Even so, some needs drastic overhaul and other require minor tweaks. Like Fiora, ahri and brand for example, while their overall quality is good. their movements are very rigid compare to more recent champs. Such as Akali, gp and shen. So why not make their movement and animation softer. Ahri and brand already has amazing movement suppleness with zombie brand and star guardian ahri. Which tremendously devalue their other skins. I am an ahri main and i see no reason to use her other skins when i have star guardian. Fiora is in way more dire situation. Her arms looks like 2 logs glued together. So instead of giving full vgu. Which include tweaks to her skills, animation, voice acting particle effects. I think it's time for these older but still decent looking champs to receive a little bit of suppleness in their joints.
