When attached, if her Q reaches the circle limit, it should cling to the circle and move around it until it hits something or times out.
Direction should always be clockwise unless it hits it counter clock wise.
When clinged to the max range circle it cannot be controlled anymore, similar to 
's passive thingy things that circle around him.
