Athene's < Morellonomicon

I was wondering if Morellonomicon's mana regen was really better than Athene's one, so I prepared a graphic:

What I could ascertain is: Athene < Morello, that is Athene is worse than Morello ? If I've 100% of mana pool -> always true If I've 75% of mana pool -> always true If I've 50% of mana pool -> true between level 1-2 (but you can't have Athene/Morello at level 1-2 though) -> always false If I've 25% of mana pool -> always false If I've 1% of mana pool -> always false

However, I suppose that if you buy mana items like or , Athene's is always better. For example, some players buy and . Otherwise, I build always and , when I play AP and I know It's super good on him to spam your ult.

ATM, is cheaper than and Athene's seems not being so worth buying.
