do you really think that riot team know what they are doing?

they just saw the boards whine about her and so they nerfed her...or maybe they just don't want to see her in LC$ (since some players started to pick her) and so they nerfed her (ofc leaving broken stuff like Kaisa and Khazix ...broken)
