Bad Game experience of Ahri

My question is Ahri is too weak right now. Compared with and Ahri has high mana cost but low damage. I am a summoner from China. i really like this champion. I played 1.2k times of Ahri. If i am not mistaken, Ahri was crippled by two years more. She is chicken ribs now, especially her W. We even cannot see her in matches now. Chinese summoner really wish she can get some care now.

It what happens when people go on a witch hunt on Ahri for reasons like she is to OP or to Safe, which the latter is true, but there are safer champions. I would love Ahri buffs myself, but I don't trust people and their witch hunts. xD

Does "chicken ribs" have some kind of meaning in China? Just wondering, because I have never heard anybody describe something as "chicken ribs" before.
