(About /Remake) Riot, why is 4v5 that starts at 4 minutes considered a game of integrity?

I played a game in which all lanes but top were winning. The game was going EXTREMELY well. "Yay, an ever so rare easy win I thought." Then, that top that wasn't doing as well as the team leaves the game at 10 minutes, and that person that we was feeding suddenly joins the fights and ho! The game is not so easy anymore. When looking up the rules for /remake. I noticed it said that "This (not being able to /remake after 3 minutes) shields the integrity of individual games, ranked queues, and W/L records." Integrity is defined as: "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness." So, If i am winning again for 100% of the time that it is 5v5, then lose the game after its 4v5 and get punished for it by losing 21 LP, where is the integrity or the "moral uprightness"?

As frustrating as it is for remake to not have a wide scope, there are two things we need to keep in mind.

1.) it is a newly released and has little data to back it right now. We don't know if it will cut the afk/dc problem by a notable chunk.

2.) if riot isn't careful with how they implement it, it could end up being abused.

Riot is testing the waters to see if something like remake can even work in league without massive abuse. Don't send out the salt sharks just yet.
