Creating a serious silver level team

I am creating a team that will require dedication. All players will be expected to join us as we watch replays, master the champions the team wants you to master, etc. The goal of this team is to improve and get some serious ranked 5 experience. If anyof you have played on a sports team you know of that special bond between teammates. I hope we can create a team like that and see how far we can go!
