Ok so i have heard some things about a new Character that could be like Annies older brother idk anything about this but if they did this i believe that it would be an amazing thing to happen in league?
Calabok1 votesdumb idea
Handy Sandy 1 votesannie skin that is a male version of annie and a girl tibbers
MisterShameless1 votesBut there's already a reverse annie.
underscores2221 votesNo, reverse annie is tibbers dressed as annie and annie dressed as tibbers
underscores2221 votesI don't think she has any siblings mentioned in the lore. However, Irelia has a brother who went to Demacia to try to get help when Noxus invaded Ionia (at least in the old lore) and it would be interesting to see him return home as a fusion of Demacian and Ionian styles.

Fiora + Irelia play style?
Rito PLS!!!!
underscores2221 votesThere are many different styles in both places, so I think there would be a lot of room for creative development, not just mashing two existing champs together. However, Leto (I think that was his name) did train with Irelia under their father, so his base style might be similar (like Yi and Wykong with their wuju style base)
I was thinking more along the ideals lines. Ionia is about balance, Demacia about justice (in a word). The styles are different but not directly conflicting
