Disabling Arcade Minions
I don't know if it's a bug but when you disable Arcade effects it doesn't revert the minions back to the regular minions and possibly I think the arcade minions are creating lag.

There's a message every time you enter a game. Setting > Video > Disable Arcade accents
Yup, it disables everything but the minion skins.
