Jhin Builds AD With Crit?

okay so, i was wondering does jhin really build AD with the higher crit he has? I have been hearing a lot of people talk about it who i play with and i could have swore i read something about it a while back confirming that yes he does. I have looked through his details through the regular way in game and ive read his kits outline while spectating games on him and i cannot find anywhere that it explains the scaling ratios from Crit to AD. So i started wondering does he even scale like that. Can someone please help me, a buddy and i have been so curious its killing me. Or maybe im just a moron and am completely missing it somewhere
