@Meddler Any plans for Graves?

It is no denying that Graves used to be a terror in the jungle. However, currently, he sits at a 45.71 % winrate with a 4.1% playrate and it is dropping patch to patch (stats for OP.gg). I guess this is heavily impacted by the meta, but I feel that he deserves some kind of a buff. I believe he should have is mr back on his E, maybe at a reduced amount. I hope he gets buffed some way, but I don't know. He suffers from the same situation as Poppy. When they are meta, they can and will break the game. Maybe Graves can use a mini rework on the same vein as Rek'Sai. Graves can be made into a better example of a ranged skirmisher like how Urgot is a ranged juggernaut, and balance him as so. I don't know, I'm bronze so my opinion does not matter, but I would like Graves to be in a more balanced position.
