Simple.
Would you guys ever bite the bullet and say "We messed up. This champ is garbage/stupid/impossible to balance, we are removing them from the game."
Would you for whatever reason just take a champ out of the game?
Kaìju1 votesThey would not. The reason being that some people enjoy that champion because someone always does, and it would crush them. Plus, if they do it once it will happen more and more. Say you remove one champ, then it's two, then three. Riot won't ever remove a champion, the closest you we would get is the Galio rework that changed everything but the name.
