playing the new patch

Their is absolutly no game balance right now its complete crap, i keep getting the crappiest of teams, and its freek toxic match making non stop, im tired of getting teams that are matched up just to lose, i have no clue how the people i am being matched with have no ability to play the game, i have over 1000 games under my belt i know how to play but god i cant carry when i keep getting toxic noobs that only know how to feed the enemy team. fix this crap so i actually have a team to my level not bottom of the barrel monkeys that waste my time and efforts.
