Why do we have a "Loading Screen"?
Would it not benefit to have the loading screen as a background load where you can remain in a chat with your teammates to coordinate strategies?
Or at least add chat TO the loading screen...

I dont think this is possible..considering the game takes what the users have input (Champions, masteries, etc) and it then copies that information and loads it into the map.
Now splitting the screen in half and giving the team a "twitch.tv" style chat on the other half might be possible?
Something I would like to see is the loading screen displaying the same information it does for your allies, for your enemies.
You can. The actual league client is in the toolbar. Just open it and all of your chats are there.

it's for people who buys slkins and icons so they can show off, really that is it.
