Jarvan ults, Anivia ults in Jarvan ult and puts down wall in it, Gnar slams them against wall, Azir ults them against Anivia wall/Jarvan wall and Vel'koz murders face with ult.
Edit: Vel'koz can be replaced I just like his base damage. A good ADC would be

Its not meant to trap all five thats what Anivia and Azir are for. Gnar is to slam them in a good direction.
