I haven't won game for 9 months..... need help!!!
I haven't won game since JULY 2016.... yes! fucking july 13th last year.
i really don't know what to do anymore and how to play anymore.
i tried all strategies, all lanes... everything failed.

Your op.gg only shows 5 games. Out of those 5 games, only one game had half decent cs. Remember, minions are your primary source of income. If you're not csing well, you will fall behind very quickly. Also, the match history link you commented shows you only play about once a month. Of course you lose to the people who play weekly.
op.gg says you've only played like, five games this year? Just play some more, you'll get back into the swing of things soon.

You need to play more, also play champions like Ahri, Lee Sin, Rakan, and Xayah.
is this ranked or norms too, if ranked i can't help you but if its norms then damn play some ez brain dead champs like xin or yi in the jg
play soraka support, dont feed and eventually, ur team will carry u if ur lucky
play bots. or a custom game.
still no win... 30-4-2017.. april will also be dry like all these months i guess
