Azir's new E
If riot is going to support Azirs' shuffle they should change the E. My idea of a good E is that he dosen't stop on the first champion hit. Instead every champion he hits he gets a extra shield.

If that is the only change they'd do on him it would be kinda overpowered don't you think?
you have to keep in mind that removes counterplay of him escaping ganks so they ll never do it
Altough not the worst suggestion. Would be cool if he could gain that at like level 11 or so
