PLEASE BUFF QUINN AND VALOR
Quinn and Valor have been neglected for some time now, and I understand other Champs also need attention, but Quinns ult cd is way to long! Let's group up and attempt to make one of my favorite Champs better

It's coming, man! Take heart! She's got some bug fixes incoming in 5.6. Once they take care of her bugs and clean up her AA animation, we'll see what happens. I'm not sure how much she'll actually need after that. Maybe a passive for Valor (something that offered some defensive stats would be nice, but not so much that it makes her another top-lane meta menace like Gnar).
