Fix for DynQ

First off I would like a RIOT employee to explain how the original thread belongs in "gameplay" more so than "feedback" which it was deleted from, that simply doesn't make sense to me, and I would like to better my understanding of how riot classifies posts.

TL:DR version my feed back to riot was that they could maybe give first pick of rolls to any solo players that were paired with a 4 man premades to increase their likelihood of contributing to the team as much as the coordinated players in the premade would. With the hopes that it would reduce frustration levels over the dynQ system.
