All the Little Things (Small issues and such)

With the up coming release of Tahm Kench, and the recent release of Ekko and things like Chroma Packs, we've been getting a lot of new content from Riot. I like Riot, enough to drop more than I care to admit on their game, but I have a request. ENOUGH new content! We have lots of new stuff to play around with, take some time off of the new champs and invest in improving whats already there. I know there are things in the works for AP items, and other in game things so I'll leave that alone and focus on the client. Here are 2 of the little issues I've been having with the client lately:

I have lost count of how long the "play again" bug has been around where if you click the play again button in the end game lobby sometimes it takes you to the custom games list. I'm not sure if this is exclusive to ARAM, but when you are playing with people from multiple social groups this can be very annoying when you have to recreate the party after every couple games. This have been happening the me and my friend quite frequently, we are the only two that ever really host the games.

The client UI bugs, where you can't chat with your friends, and your rune pages look like someone inflated them 100X more than was recommended. Normally a quick re log fixes this issue, but why is it even there in the first place, and why does a re log not always work? This has happened to a few of my friends, in some cases for days at a time, and has happened to me twice now. For those of you who haven't seen this, you can still maneuver around the menus but you can't really do anything. and all the images of the client are distorted, stretched and enlarged.

These are just the 2 that have affected me and my friends, I've had other issues, and my friends have had other issues, these are just the 2 that are most prevalent and happen to both me and my friends (basically eliminating local files as the source of the issue). I'm curious of what other little issues people are experiencing, and if anyone else has had these issues happen to them?
