Instant 30 minutes for queue dodging?

Uh, so I was not paying attention in champion select and I didn't pick a person in time and it booted me out, giving me an instant 30 minute waiting penalty. This is my first dodge in 2 days I think. I thought it was 5 min for the first, 30 min for the next, and then a hour after that. Why so rood riot? Like I can wait 30 minutes omg u know I have no life :(

First dodge in 2 days you think? You should be getting day penalties. You clearly have not learned your lesson.

Sorry when I'm in low elo I have to deal with people who troll and lose 3lp instead of 19ish.
