Game Lobby & Connecting.

Well for starters, every time I try to open the client its like "ERROR CONNECTING go to suchandsuch website to find a solution" or whatever (I really don't read it). I close client and reopen and log on and the same thing. Usually my 3rd or 4th time it will let me log on successfully. Also recently when I click "Accept" to get into the game lobby in the game queue, everyone will go through and I will hear the game lobby music, but I just see the homepage of the client (and when I try to close client and reopen, I have the connection problem every time and I even get a dodge penalty omg). Anyone have any fixes for this?

PS: Riot removed this from report a bug so I don't know where to put it. Thanks for helping me out Rito. >_>
