Patch 5.16 Changes

I Don't think I have posted here before, but I really really think that this patch is awesome. Feels very season 3ish to me, I got to level 30 just as season 3 started, so maybe I have the beginner's bias, but I think this is the best feeling game in a long time. I love the Juggernauts rework, feels like them in their glory days. I'm actually playing garen because he feels great to play. Awesome patch.
