Garen Jungle approach

Garen jungle used to be a meme because he couldn't gank, his clear was horrific, he offers no objective control, and he didn't scale.

Well now his ganks are weak, his clear is okayish, he offers no objective control, and he scales.

They are putting him in the jungle by making his clear even better, which is a really tweakable balancing lever, but IMO his passive and the current state of cinderhulk makes this unnecessary. His clear will be fine. Not amazing, kinda bad first go round, but fine. He's going to absolutely TERRORIZE low elo, especially because they are buffing him before this happens.

Here's what they should do:

If you have a jungle item, your ult works on large and epic monsters.

Obviously you can't have it deal pure uncapped %missing health damage, but it can have its own scaling ala Chogath and Nunu. It would allow him to offer objective control, which counts for a lot right now, and doing the Baron dance is something an out of combat regen champ like Garen can do well.

In low elo, it would give Junglers a characteristic tool to use to provide unique value to their team other than just getting huge and dealing damage, and in higher elo, it would give Garen a single, very valuable trait that is something that can be playing with and against without being a game-breaking stat check.

Garen has a manaless aoe, a shield, a reset, and passive regen. Add current cinderhulk(with the bonus damage to monsters buff on it) to this, and his clear is fine. If his clear becomes GOOD, then he will go into jungle and farm ala Master Yi and come out with conqueror, Warrior, a triforce, and Phantom Dancer and mow everyone down. His jungle duels will be statchecks where he stacks conq and ults you if he can and his objective control will be "kill everyone and do baron in peace". With this, he will have cause to hold his ult for the jungle and baiting it out in a 1v1 will make it harder for him to secure objectives.

I like the idea of having some skill expression in choosing an ult target, playing Warwick and Nunu you often decide whether to spam Q for the heal on drakes or save it to secure the objective, though it will cost you some health. ChoGath securing objectives is a similar equation, but it works even for laners. If you let it secure objectives all the time, it will just be a buff to lane Garen. So you can attach it to having a jungle item(maybe even COMPLETED jungle items) and then you can be an autofilled Garen jungle and not be trolling due to jungler economy AND you can play as main jungle Garen at higher elos around securing important objectives that higher elo players make the most of, while still getting to be Garen the rest of the time.

You do realize Cinderhulk change doesn't affect Garen as he can't immobilize anyone?
