Why can't you dash multiple times with Diana's E on all the marked enemies? Is it intentional that you can only dash once on the enemies without putting the spell on cooldown or is it a bug or something? I find it kinda weird knowing that other champs can have resets and multiple movement abilities.

Velzard of Koz1 votesShe's not Skirmisher, she is supposed to be Diver and even If she's Assasin due to Riot's inability to change that in her kit and make proper Diver items, neither of the two should have focus-changing mobility.
You may wonder why Irelia, who also should've been Diver, has that, to which I may only answer - because Risotto games hires very experienced people, yo.

MellowSlaya1 votesThey could just nerf her Q by giving it a longer cd and making her able to dash to multiple enemies with it consuming the moonlight from all of them. And sure, it would make her similar to Irelia, but isn't any champ with a dashing ability similar to her? She's technically supposed to be a fighter, but she plays more like an assassin, so making her similar to Irelia wouldn't be a problem in my opinion.
