Everything nice is scheduled for 'after Worlds'
Let's just skip Worlds already since apparently the concept of 'tourney patch' being separate from live is foreign to somebody.

... it is separate from live. Worlds will last far longer than 5.18 will be on live, and they'll still be on the same old patch. We'll have a new champion, but that champion won't be available at Worlds because worlds will be stuck on 5.18.
