Tibbers!

tibbers shouldn't walk around alive when annie is dead -.- the bear has more movement speed than fiddlesticks, and is tanky af .-.

annie has a shield and a stun and free farm/lane sustain since she gains mana back when killing minions, massive burst and tibbers and reasonable movement speed. keeping tibbers alive after annie dies is too much it practically ensures you of a kill and all you have to do is summon and control the %%%% bear -.-

Annie is mean't to be easy to farm with, outside of a few people she really isn't played at a high level due to the fact that outside of flash R she doesn't do much. Her ranges are low and her individual abilities outside of tibbers are pretty lacking. I personally don't mind tibbers staying alive and berserking because honestly annie is so easy to kill that she kinda needs something like that in her kit.

no mana cost when she uses a skill to kill minions how easy can you have it? she isn't that easy to kill O.o you are underrating annie.

She has a single target skill that doesn't use mana when it kills but I have a feeling your really overestimating her. Most long range champions like syndra, xerath, lux, ahri, ziggs, and even vel'koz can out trade her pre 6 hardcore and then after 6 the only threat she has is flash stun tibbers. Which burns her only escape/engage tool and if she doesn't have the damage then she's really screwed. All the champions I named can push her in at all stages of the game, have kill potential on her from most stages and have better roams outside of annie getting unseen and blowing flash tibbers on a side laner.

maybe players don't know how to play annie in na O.o? but every match im in i always see annie instakilling just about anyone, by just throwing a tibbers.... and it isn't a single stun, but a AOE stun. the worst is, is that she has a low cd on tibbers as well..... and even if annie doesnt instakill some 1 she just sends a nearly unkillable tank at them.

Annie isn't strong. She's a pretty bad champ.

BUT, that doesn't justify her current TIBBAHS mechanics. Whether she's powerful and viable, or if she's weak and unviable, the very concept of tibbers becoming stronger after Annie's death means that the player is punished for killing Annie. If you're Annie and you die you don't deserve an AI controlled unit to post mortem pick up the kill without any of your input.
