Why are we locked into festive champs ?

This is really annoying, the fun about urf is playing busted champs. Even with Arurf you had a chance to get champs that you wanted to play, but ive only played a few snowdown urf games and im already bored of seeing the same champs. i get the festive nature but its real annyoing.
