Yasuo Wind Wall blocking Viktors Death Ray
Why does this happen ? Its not a projectile, but a laser. Wind Wall doesn't block 
Final Spark or 
Arcanopulse, both of which are also lasers. Feels like a bug or an oversight.

My guess would have to be with the fact that those two skill shots aren't travelling skill shots while the death ray is one. Lux's ult and Xerath's Q have a warning of where they will hit, but they hit the full scale of those areas instantly.
Just because the visuals is a “laser” doesn’t mean it’s not a projectile.
Viktor Death Ray has a very visible travel time and travel speed in both the base and upgraded form. Lux ult and Xerath ray lack both of those. They are instantaneous AoE effects that “travel” in a line.
Look at Viktor’s other laser, his Q-Empowered auto. It’s not blocked by wall for similar reasons; it’s an instantaneous single target attack.
