What is the base gold generation on summoners rift as 8/2/16?

I'm messing around with run pages and see that u can get 5.25 g/10 seconds from runes. I thought the base generation was around 2 per second but i cant find a source to confirm this. Lemme know please thanks guys :)

I'm pretty sure it changes over the length of the game.

It's 20g/10s

at least at the beginning. I haven't checked to see if it increases over time.
