Rune page screen error

when i select the add rune page button (the plus button, not the new rune page option through the list) the border of the rune page edit screen appears with the x button in the corner. But its just the border and i cant select anything behind where the screen would be, like the game has me tabbed into the invisible mastery page. I close and re open the screen and its the same thing until i play a game or restart the client. This whole issue only happens when in champ select, the function works fine at the home screen. But if i go to champ select, make the error occur, get booted from champ select, than rejoin champ select the problem is still in all the future champ selects even though i leave them.
