Veigar attack speed is so slow it hurts

I was playing Veigar for a long time, and farming was super super painful. I don't mean I played him a few times, I mean that I mained him a few months. It really sucked until one day I changed the rune to make his attack speed on his auto a bit faster. It was a game changer. I honestly think this is a problem because Veigar basically always needs that rune to be attack speed, and anything else is kneecapping you if you don't. I think this kind of flies in the face of what runes are, optional selections since there is ultimately one good choice and the rest are mistakes. Furthermore I think even with the auto buff he is too slow on autos to make much sense for a champion that will never build attack speed but needs it for farming/procs etc. I would like to see a list of all the champion attack speeds but either way that's my two cents.
