How to disable the Enter key (thus chat) on Mac?

but after trying many Mac alternatives for AHK I can honestly say I suck at scripting. IS there even a way to do this? I really need my Enter disabled, I'm tired of getting banned due to my short temper.

Wish i knew the trick too, i always lose my nerves at some point, sooner or later. I reduced the chat window to the smallest size possible but still not enough
